The 2006 Sonoma Zinfandel is a collage of Northern Sonoma’s Zinfandel landscape blending Dry Creek Valley’s briary raspberry fruit with Alexander Valley’s lush, dark berry fruit. A tantalizing black raspberry and classic briary flavored wine with a balance of components for which Seghesio wines are known.
Wine Spectator This is like a gangly teenager, young and a bit inelegant but charming. Shows robust black cherry and spice aromas and blackberry jam and licorice flavors. The tannins firm up the finish. Drink now through 2012. Score: 91. —James Laube, March 31, 2008.Customers who purchased this item also bought:
