Bouquet: It possesses fruity and liquorice aromas, mixed with smoky and moka nuances.
Taste: Smooth palate, but complex, typical of a wine for enjoying something different, with toffee sensations.
Recommendations: It provides its best qualities between 16 and 18ºC. Because of its singular production with fermentations in casks, this wine excels in innovating high roast nuances that combine perfectly with smoked or salted meat and fish or pâtés, together with other delicatessen products.
