Bonizio is produced by a modern vinification that thanks to facilities available in the estate, it exalts the ripe and delightful fruit.Deep and intense colour, it has a complex aroma where it is possible to smell the Mediterranean scrub, ripe cherish in the end. Vinous and charming it has a remarkable note of Sangiovese of the Tuscan coast. Complex and immediate at the palate, it has a fruity note that confirms warmness and big aftertaste. It is wine to be appreciated young, but it has a big potential for ageing.
