Bright acidity and effervescence cleanses the palate, while the delicate flavors compliment a wide array of dishes. The Cuvee made primarily of Chardonnay, exhibits essentially the same fruit profile of Chardonnay table wine. Wine Spectator Earthy, somewhat tart style has a welcome generosity and sense of pear-centered richness as the finish sails on. Drink now.
